Questions clients ask

What documents do you need to file my ITR?

Usually your PAN, Form 16 or income statements, bank interest details, and proofs for any deductions. Share what you have and we'll tell you exactly what's missing — nothing more than needed.

How are your fees decided?

Fees depend on the type of return or service, and we agree them upfront before starting. There are no hidden charges — you always know the cost in advance.

Do I need to register for GST?

GST registration is required once your turnover crosses the threshold (₹40 lakh for goods, ₹20 lakh for services, with lower limits in some states), or if you sell inter-state or online. We'll check your case and advise honestly.

What happens if a return is filed late?

Late filing can attract interest and a fee, and you may lose the option to carry forward certain losses. We flag your due dates early so it rarely comes to that — and if a notice does arrive, we handle it.

Can I switch to you from my current CA?

Yes, and it's straightforward. Share your past returns and financials, and we'll take it from there — most clients switch between filing seasons with no disruption.

I've received an income-tax or GST notice — can you help?

Absolutely. Send us the notice, we'll explain what it means in plain language, prepare the response and represent your case. Acting early makes a big difference.

Will you help me get my refund?

We file accurately so any refund you're due is claimed correctly, e-verify your return promptly, and track its status. The refund itself is processed by the department, but we make sure nothing on our side holds it up.

How do we work together — online or in person?

Whichever suits you. Most clients share documents on WhatsApp or our vault and everything runs remotely, but you're always welcome to book a consultation at the office.
